Domicillary Care in the Home

We offer support so our service users can remain in their own homes. Often coping with challenging conditions, recovery from illness or assisting with mobility needs. We support with personal care, medication administration and often meal preparation.

Sometimes simply offering a listening ear and smiling face each day can make the difference to our customers’ well-being

Sitting Service / Overnight Calls

Our sitting service offers some respite for family members of our customers. ‘Be Involved’ is one of our core values. This means that customers and their family members are involved in the co-creation of care plans.

Knowing personal likes and dislikes, food preferences and even some life history can make such a difference to the personalisation of care we offer.  Our care-givers are so valuable to the family members and enable them to have a bit of ‘me time’ often in challenging circumstances.

Disability Support Calls for Young Adults

We have a number of packages dealing with younger people coping with various disabilities. Our care-givers have specialised training allowing them to offer the best support for customers and families.

‘Be the Best You Can Be’ is one of our core values. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to succeed. So, we focus on developing our skills to ensure we constantly improve on the types of support we can provide.
