Day to day coordination of the department is overseen our Service Care Coordinators who ensure that we are providing quality care to our customers. Should you be successful in your application for a role within our Home Care Department you will have direct interaction with all of our Care Coordinators who will support and help develop your skills to be the best you can be.

Enhanced rates of pay made for bank holidays
20p per business mile paid to drivers
Paid five day induction program
Driving licence and access to a car is preffered but not essential. Full enhanced DBS will be applied for, paid for by Be Caring Ltd.
Experience working within the care sector is preferred, however not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
As a reablement care assistant you will spend your time out in the community, visiting our service users to gain their independence following a hospital discharge. We will be responsible to assist the service users to meet their identified goals within a three week time frame and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and successful discharge.
The type of care and support we offer depends on each individuals needs and all of our service users have a person centred care plan in place for you to adhere to. The kind of tasks you maybe asked to carry out are as follows:
Assisting with personal care, including intimate care with dignity
Administration/prompting of medication
Assistance in preparation of meals/drinks
Assisting our service users to complete domestic tasks, including laundry, cleaning and shopping
Assisting people to engage within the community
If you are successful in appointment of this position you will have the opportunity to complete:
Five days induction training
At least 16 hours shadowing an experienced member of the team
Apprenticeship/diploma in care
Any additional training required for your role
Intimate care, delivered with dignity
Moving and positioning, including use of equipment
