Experienced care workers required to join our Complex and Palliative Care department. We are looking for passionate, values-driven people to provide personalised care and support to our customers living in the Lemington, Westerhope and West Denton areas.
Vacancies: Full and Part Time Drivers or Walkers
Shifts: 7:00am-3:00pm | 3:00pm-10:00pm | 7:00am-10:00pm
Pay for complex: £9.70p/hr (20p visit payment included)
Pay for palliative/non complex (20p visit payment included)
Training and Learning: paid induction, care certificate, level 2 & 3 in health and social care
Other benefits: paid DBS, gift vouchers for birthdays and Christmas, refer a friend scheme
Mileage paid at 40p per mile for drivers

Previous experience working within the adult social care sector is essential with a minimum of 12 months on the job experience.

Your role as a Complex Home Carer will be to provide person-cantered support to enable our customers to continue to live within their own home settings.
All our service users have a care plan in place for you to adhere to, however, please see below a list of potential tasks that you may be expected to carry out:
Assisting with personal care, including intimate care with dignity, provided to both male and female customers
Administration/prompting of medication
Assisting with the preparation of meals/drinks
Assisting with the completion of domestic tasks, including laundry, cleaning and shopping
Assisting people to remain independent within the community
Specialist training led by on in house clinical lead will be provided, dependent on the needs of individual services.
