We are looking for passionate, values-driven people to provide personalised care and support to people living in West Derby and surrounding areas.
We can offer ‘block driver contracts’ where you will be paid for a full shift, from start to finish. You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
Rate of Pay: £8.95 (20p visit payment included)
Shifts: early 7:00am – 3:00pm | late 3:00pm – 10:00pm | Block Hours with break from 2:00pm-4:00pm
Mileage paid at 40p per mile
Training and Learning: paid induction, care certificate, level 2 & 3 in health and social care
Other benefits: paid DBS, gift vouchers for birthdays and Christmas, refer a friend scheme
20p visit payment for every care call undertaken

If you are successful in appointment of this position, you will be supported by your local Quality team, Coordination team, and in-house Trainer, to ensure you have tools and resources needed to do fulfil your role and to ‘Be the Best you can be’. You will have the opportunity to complete:
Induction training (paid)
Care Certificate (completed over a 12-week period)
Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (fully funded after six-month probation period)
Additional level 2 and 3 accredited qualifications and certificates relevant to the role
