Be Caring Limited are currently looking to employ Home Care Support Worker to join our busy Leeds Branch.
The purpose of the role is to provide person centered community based support to our customers within the South Leeds areas, support that enables our customers to remain independent and able to live happy and fulfilled lives.
We offer guaranteed hour contracts
We pay an extra 20p on top every visit that you carry out
Ideally looking for non car drivers
30p per mile business mileage paid
Enhanced rates of pay made for bank holidays
Paid five day induction program
Full enhanced DBS will be applied for, paid for by Be Caring Ltd.
Experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided. We simply ask for our employees to be committed to providing quality care to our customers and that you are passionate about caring for others.

As a home care assistant, you will spend your time out in the community visiting our service users and ensuring they are well looked after, safe and happy. The type of care and support that we offer varies depending on each service user’s individual needs.
All of our customers have a care plan in place for you to adhere to, however, please see below a list of potential tasks that you may be expected to carry out:
Assisting with personal care, including intimate care with dignity
Administration/prompting of medication
Preparation of meals/drinks
Assisting with the completion of domestic tasks, including laundry, cleaning and shopping
Assisting people to remain independent within the community

If you are successful in appointment of this position you will have the opportunity to complete:
Paid for 5 days of induction training
Completion of the Care Certificate across a 12 week period working with our dedicated trainer
