We require community-based Home Care Support Workers, providing care and support to people at home. You will provide person-centred care, which promotes independence through enabling approaches and connecting people to local groups and services.
Guaranteed minimum hours contract available with paid holidays and bank holidays
Various shifts available; early from 7am, lunch, evening/teas and lates/bedtimes
Under 25s - your hourly rate will be no different from the rate stated below
Full DBS and paid induction

Experience is not essential as full training and support will be provided if you're new to care.

As a Community Care Support Worker, you will spend your time out in the community visiting our customers and ensuring they are well looked after, safe and happy. The type of care and support that we offer varies depending on each service user’s individual needs.
All of our service users have a care plan in place for you to adhere to, however, please see below a list of potential tasks that you may be expected to carry out:
Assisting with personal care, including intimate care with dignity
Administration/prompting of medication
Assisting with the preparation of meals/drinks
Assisting with the completion of domestic tasks, including laundry, cleaning and shopping
Assisting people to remain independent within the community

Completion of the Care Certificate across a 12 week period working with our dedicated trainer
