Home Care Support Workers needed to provide care and support to our customers so that they remain independent and live happy, fulfilled lives. You will provide person-centred care, which promotes independence through enabling approaches and connecting people to local groups and services.
Driving licence with access to own vehicle for work purposes is essential.
Vacancies: Full-Time and Part-Time
Under 25s - your hourly rate will be no different from the rate stated
Training and Learning: paid induction, care certificate, level 2 & 3 in health and social care

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will spend your time out in the community visiting our customers and ensuring they are well looked after, safe and happy. The type of care and support that we offer varies depending on each service user’s individual needs. You will be required to provide care and support to people in their homes according to personalised care plans to help maintain their independence and dignity. You'll be supported by the Quality Lead and Coordination teams, and in-house trainer, to ensure you have skills and resources needed in this role. You'll also have opportunities to further develop your skills and achieve formal qualifications in Health and Social Care as you progress.
All our service users have a care plan in place for you to adhere to, however, please see below a list of potential tasks that you may be expected to carry out:
Assisting with personal care, including intimate care with dignity provided to both male and female customers
Administration/prompting of medication
Assisting with the preparation of meals/drinks
Assisting with the completion of domestic tasks, including laundry, cleaning and shopping
Assisting people to remain independent within the community
