Be Caring Manchester are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our busy Home Care department as Home Care Support Workers. We offer both full time and part time vacancies, you are required to be available to work during the hours of 8am and 9pm and willing to work alternate weekends.
The purpose of this role is to provide person-centered tailored support to our customers in their own homes.
We offer guaranteed hour contracts
We pay an extra 20p on top every visit that you carry out
We pay 30p per business mile to car drivers
Enhanced rates of pay made for bank holidays
Paid five day induction program
Driving Licence with access to own vehicle. Enhanced DBS check will be carried out and paid for by Be Caring Limited

Your role as a Home Care Support Worker will see you working out in the local community, providing support to enable our customers to live happy and fulfilled lives.
You will assist in the management of our customers day to day lives, this includes the provision of personal care tasks and other intimate care tasks.
