Be Caring Leeds has an exciting opportunity for experienced carers who drive. If you have more than three months care experience we may be able to fast-track you onto a block contract. This means you'll be paid from start to finish and your mileage will be covered at 30p per mile.

We're looking for people who like variety and are excited by new faces. The role is to deliver community-based domestic care support across the LS7-9, LS17, LS26-7, WF3 postal code areas. Each care support package is for two weeks and the people who we support will change frequently. So, if you build relationships quickly and want to make a real difference in the community this could be great for you. You'll get fixed contracted hours in split-shift patterns.

Eligibility Required

Driving licence and access to a car essential.

Experience Required

A minimum of 3 months experience working in the social care sector is essential when being considered for this vacancy.

The Role

Your role as a Home Care Support Worker will see you working out in the local community, providing the necessary assistance to enable those who we support to live happy and fulfilled lives. This could include the provision of personal care, medication administration, assistance with mobility and other traditional domiciliary care tasks depending on their personalised care plan.
